What we collect

Name, mobile number and, if you provide them, email and notes for the booking. We also keep the history of your bookings, the services provided and the invoices, the messages we send you and, if you use the app, the services you saved as favourites and your permission to send you notifications.

Why

To manage your bookings, send confirmations and reminders by SMS, email or app notification, manage the waiting list and issue invoices. We only send promotional messages with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time in your account or through the link included in every message.

Who we share it with

With the SMS provider, the email provider, your phone's notification service (Google, Apple or Microsoft, depending on the browser) and the invoicing software, only as needed to provide the service. Notifications do not carry the message itself: your phone fetches it directly from this website. We do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.

How long

Your account data is kept while you are our client. If you have no bookings or services for 3 years, we automatically delete your name and contact details. SMS access codes are deleted after 7 days and the record of messages sent after 24 months. Invoices are kept for 10 years, as required by tax law.

Your rights

In your account you can download all your data, correct it, sign out on every device and delete the account. You can also request access, correction, portability or erasure, or object to processing, through the email above; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (www.cnpd.pt).

Cookies

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It uses a technical session cookie, required for form security and for your account, and, only if you choose "keep me signed in", a cookie that recognises you on this device for 90 days.
