Who we are

This website and the Main Barber Club brand are operated by Dia100Fim Lda, tax number (NIF) 518769330, registered office at Rua Gabriel de Castro, n.º 110, 4700-385 Braga, Portugal.

Bookings

Bookings made on this website are registered under the mobile number provided. On the first booking from a number we send a code by SMS to confirm the number is yours.

Some bookings stay pending until the professional confirms them. In that case we will let you know when the booking is accepted or declined.

Punctuality

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. A long delay may mean shortening the service or rescheduling, so that the next clients are not affected.

Cancellations and changes

If you cannot make it, let us know as early as possible by phone or email. Repeated no-shows may prevent new online bookings.

Prices

Prices include VAT at the legal rate. The final price is that of the service actually provided, paid in store by card (Multibanco), MB WAY or cash.

Complaints and dispute resolution

You can file a complaint in the Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações), in the shop or online at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.

In the event of a consumer dispute, you can turn to an alternative dispute resolution entity: CIAB, Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Consumo (Consumer Arbitration Court), in Braga, www.ciab.pt. More information on the Portuguese Consumer Portal, www.consumidor.gov.pt.
